Carolina Outkast Steppaz

The Carolina Outkast Steppaz Oranganization purpose is to provide the membership to any member and or jr. member in the state of North Carolina within 100-mile radius of the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, regardless of race, gender, creed or national origin, the opportunity to participate in a structured athletic program; to practice the ideals of health, citizenship and character; to familiarize members with the fundamentals of line dance; to provide the opportunity to experience Southern Soul Line Dancing and trail ride culture in a supervised, organized and safe environments; and to emphasize self- discipline, respect for the rules, team work, fun and sportsmanship.
